I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can actually be yourself—not somewhere you have to have it all together. I take a holistic approach because I don’t believe our mental health exists in a little box separate from the rest of us. Our bodies, relationships, environment, sleep, movement, stress, and everyday lives all play a role in how we feel. My style is warm, honest, curious, and occasionally sarcastic (in an appropriate-for-therapy sort of way). I believe there should be room for both deep emotional work and a little laughter along the way. I work especially well with adolescents and young adults navigating transitions, identity, relationships, anxiety, and the general messiness of figuring life out. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-informed approach that uses guided imagery and eye movements to help the brain reprocess distressing experiences and reduce their emotional intensity—without requiring you to retell every painful detail. When it feels right for the client, I also incorporate movement, mindfulness, and other body-based approaches. More than anything, I want therapy to be a space where you feel seen as a whole person. You don’t have to have everything figured out—you just have to be willing to start somewhere.
