Hello everyone! My name is Emily Petty and I am accepting new clients in person or through tele-health services. I work at Forge Counseling Collective at the Northglenn location and am excited to meet you and work together to help you achieve your goals. I use an integrative approach that consists of techniques from Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all through a Strengths-based lens. I am open to working with tweens, teens, young adults, adults, and elders. As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where my clients feel comfortable, heard, empowered, and understood.
