Together, we will honor your unique way of thinking and processing, build on your inherent strengths, and explore how past experiences and present day patterns shape emotional life and day-to-day functioning. I integrate CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies when helpful, with the therapeutic relationship at the center of my work. My aim is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and able to make meaningful shifts. Before entering the mental health field, I spent over a decade in corporate and educational settings, which strengthened my understanding of how people learn, relate, and communicate authentically. I am also a certified recovery coach, yin yoga instructor, and published poet; perspectives that inform my belief in creativity, language, and mind–body awareness as pathways for healing. Some of my clinical interests include attachment and family-of-origin dynamics, identity and self-esteem, perfectionism, neurodiversity, and ambiguous loss. My style is warm, grounded, and curious, and I strive to offer a collaborative environment that honors each person’s complexity and resilience.
