Here are some things about me (in short form): I have a background in school counseling. Simply put: I know best practices, and some ways to advocate for additional educational support for students who might need a little extra help - or a lot of extra help. I am well versed in emotional regulation, neurodiversity, grief, and incorporating play therapy, among other things. Connection is the top predictor of success, so this is the most important aspect of therapy for me. I want you or your child to come into my office as you are, without needing to mask as anyone else. You are worthy just by being you. I ask hard questions, and you might not know the answers to them, that is perfectly ok - we are all here to learn. I am here to work for and with you. I am of the theory “when we know better, we do better” - and I hope that every human can view themselves in that lens, instead of guilt for the past, and the “shoulds” in life. My door is open to children (7+), teens, and young adults. I look forward to our journey together. I also offer educational ADHD assessments!
