Introduction

I've been practicing as a therapist since 2010, and my approach is warm, direct, and fully centered on each client’s needs. My first decade was spent in emergency services—supporting individuals in the ER and out in the community during moments of crisis. Those years taught me how essential trust is: when people feel genuinely heard and supported, even the most overwhelming moments become more manageable. After emergency work, I transitioned into outpatient substance use treatment and later into outpatient therapy, where I’ve been since 2021. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help clients understand themselves, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Change can be difficult, but it’s also the essence of growth—and I’m here to support you as you navigate it. I’m an openly LGBTQ+ therapist and feel deeply connected to supporting LGBTQ+ teens and young adults, as well as anyone moving through major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, affirmed, and empowered to grow into the version of yourself that feels most authentic.”
