I started Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness after more than 17 years in mental health care, to build a practice where there's time to do the work well. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, an alumna of the UC San Francisco School of Nursing and UC Berkeley, and I completed the San Francisco VA Medical Center residency program. My background includes extensive clinical research, including pioneering research on the impact of ADHD in women and girls. My priority is to help you navigate your mental health with compassion, respect, and clarity, and to do that, I have to listen. I focus on evidence-based care: medication management when it's the right tool, with supportive therapy and lifestyle work woven into the same visit. Real care takes time, and that's what Morning Glory Psychiatry and Wellness is built to protect: the listening, the thoroughness, and the ongoing communication the work requires.
