Emily (she/her) is passionate about working with children, teens, and their families to foster balance and harmony in their lives through a relational, attachment-focused, and client-centered approach. This means that therapy with Emily will likely feel easy-going, warm, and authentic as you work together towards your goals. She meets each client with curiosity and openness. Emily supports each client as they reflect on their lives and relationships, and gain a better understanding of thinking and behavior patterns, and consider small changes that can move individuals towards their goals. Whether this exploration occurs through play, conversation, mind-body work, or something entirely different depends on your unique needs, and you can expect Emily to work closely with you to structure therapy in a way that works for you. Emily specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, and enjoys working with clients to recognize and alleviate feelings of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety associated with school and daily life. Emily recognizes being human requires us to face challenges with life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and emotional regulation; and she is honored to offer non-judgmental support as clients develop the skills, resilience, and confidence to confront these challenges. She believes everyone deserves to live a life that works for them and enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their families to find new and creative accommodations,
