I help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the challenges they are working through. My work often supports teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, relationship concerns, and sexual concerns. I believe therapy should feel warm, supportive, and collaborative, offering space to process past experiences, recognize existing strengths, and explore parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or pushed aside. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. I have experience in medical and private practice settings and work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with an interest in sex therapy, identity, and relationships.
