I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Idaho and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), with a broad background in community mental health, school-based counseling (K–12), and clinical work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of academic, behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges. I'm passionate about walking alongside people through life’s transitions and difficulties — whether it's navigating anxiety, depression, mental wellness, ADHD, or family and relationship dynamics. I also have a special interest in working with gifted and talented children, including those who are twice exceptional (2e). I understand the unique emotional, social, and cognitive needs that can come with high ability and neurodivergence, and I strive to create a space where these children feel understood, challenged, and supported. In counseling, I offer a structured, compassionate space where clients of all ages feel seen, supported, and empowered. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a strengths-based and goal-oriented framework, integrating Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person-Centered principles. I also draw from cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, and trauma-informed interventions to tailor support to each individual's needs. My commitment is to help clients build resilience, uncover their inner strengths, and develop practical tools for long-term emotional wellness.
