I provide relationally-centered and culturally-oriented therapy addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, isolation, trauma, shame, identity development and exploration, life transitions, and relational stress/conflict. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, which recognizes you as the expert on your experiences, needs, and desires. I work with adults and am particularly fond of working with people in times of transition/exploration. I am affirming and experienced in working with people of diverse neurotypes (ADHD/Autism), gender identities, sexual orientations, and relational orientations (i.e. ethical non-monogamy). Please let me know if there are accommodations which could improve your therapy experience (for example, we can utilize the chat feature or AAC devices during sessions) Working from an intersectional, feminist, relational-cultural lens, I invite you to bring all of your various identities and experiences into the therapy room. I aim to provide a safe space where we can explore how culture and socio-political forces influence your well-being, personal and family history, and sense of self. Please consider the consultation appointment as an opportunity to interview me and ask any questions that you need to assess whether we are a good fit.
