Hello, and welcome! My name is Emily, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals who feel unseen or burdened by the masks they wear to navigate daily life. My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to help those who have survived trauma, identify as neurodivergent, live with disabilities or chronic illness, are part of the queer/LGBTQ+ community, or have experienced complex attachment wounds. Over the years, I have specialized in alternative, holistic, and somatic approaches to healing, recognizing that each person’s path is unique. I strive to offer an affirming, relational, and empathetic space where you can safely explore your experiences and begin to shed what no longer serves you. My practice celebrates diversity, encourages vulnerability, and promotes acceptance, allowing you to connect with your authentic self. Together, we can work towards meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and a more fulfilling life. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy. Current groups include Young Adult Chronic Health Support Group, Young Adult Social Skills Group, and Young Adult NeuroQueer Support Group.
