My therapeutic niche is working with those who have experienced chronic childhood trauma (CPTSD). This includes abuse, neglect, dysfunctional families, and adult children of alcoholics. Many of the clients I work with are first-generation or culturally rooted people who carry a lot: family expectations, cultural responsibility and the pressure to succeed while still feeling deeply unseen. I approach therapy through a lens that is anti-oppressive and LGBTQ+ affirming. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are seen and valued—not just as an individual, but as someone moving through a world shaped by systems of power. I am trained and grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I bring a deep respect for the complexity of identity and culture. If you’re looking for therapy that is grounded and attuned to both your lived experience and emotional world, I invite you to reach out! I see therapy as sacred work—a space where healing and awakening happen together. I support kids (8+), teens and adults navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a space where your lived experience is honored, not pathologized, and where we can explore what healing looks like on your terms.
