Therapy is a space to slow down and be honest about what you’ve been through, the pain you’ve carried, and the parts of you still trying to heal. My goal is to create a safe, grounded space where you can feel heard, seen, and supported at your own pace. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that shaped you, not with judgment, but with curiosity and compassion. We’ll pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to how your body has learned to respond to stress, fear, or overwhelm. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about reconnecting with who you are beneath the survival strategies. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, including Complex (CPTSD) and PTSD as well as altered states of consciousness. My approach is integrative and evidence-informed, incorporating EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté), The Journey Method, mindfulness-based interventions, body-oriented awareness, and psychodynamic therapy. Healing unfolds gently, beginning with safety, curiosity, and connection. Together, we’ll explore what healing could look like for you and how therapy can support you in a way that feels steady and supportive. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, talk through your needs, and see if working together feels right for you.
