I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and the lasting effects of difficult relationships or childhood experiences. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward healing at their own pace. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and evidence-based interventions to help clients build insight, resilience, and emotional stability. I believe healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about reconnecting with your inner strengths and learning to feel safe in your body and relationships again. I am especially passionate about supporting clients with PTSD and complex trauma, helping them develop coping skills, increase self-compassion, and create meaningful change in their lives. Therapy with me is warm, intentional, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique story.
