Introduction

Welcome, and thank you for being here. SDH Wellness was founded in 2022 with a clear intention: to create a therapeutic space where every part of you is welcome—where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered as you grow and heal. We believe everyone deserves a place where emotions can be safely felt, life’s challenges can be met with care, and personal growth is fully supported. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper connection with yourself—this space is for you. When you work with a clinician at SDH Wellness, you're connecting with someone who brings both professional experience and genuine compassion. Our team is committed to honoring your story, affirming your identity, and walking alongside you on your journey. It would be our privilege to support you as you: Strive toward the version of yourself you most value, Discover your resilience, identity, and inner strength, and Heal through growth, connection, and self-compassion. If you're thinking about creating this kind of space for yourself, we invite you to reach out. You don’t have to do this alone—and you do deserve to know what it feels like to be truly supported. Life is a complex journey, and feeling empowered to understand yourself more deeply can be incredibly freeing. Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation—and then give yourself a hug. Acknowledging that you are worth this step, that’s something worth celebrating! Meet Our Clinicians: Emma Avish Hi there—I'm so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker and School Adjustment Counselor in Massachusetts, with years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults in school, community, and clinical settings. Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed—or looking for space to better understand yourself—I offer a calm, grounded environment where you can speak freely, feel supported, and show up just as you are. I bring patience, presence, and deep respect for whatever you're carrying. Together, we can explore life’s in-between moments—whether you’re starting college, navigating identity, adjusting to adulthood or retirement, processing loss, or figuring out what comes next. We can also work together to deepen your self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and cultivate more ease and meaning in your daily life. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to show up just as we are. I’m here to support you in making sense of where you are and moving forward with clarity and compassion—at your own pace. Availability: Some daytime appointments available! * * * Adam Coolidge I am a licensed individual therapist who works with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and difficult life-transitions. My clients are typically age 18-55 and looking for a path to cope with their present concerns through developing and strengthening skills and self-understanding to aid them in living more comfortable, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. I use an eclectic approach to engage in a client-centered relationship formed through compassion, empathy, and validation. Mental health is a challenging landscape, yet with the right support I believe the process can be rewarding too. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space to help people guide themselves toward a place of empowerment and personal growth. I specialize in humanistic practice and know that each person possesses their own unique strengths and abilities to build upon in helping them evolve and improve their quality of life. Change is hard, plain and simple, and that includes starting a new therapeutic relationship and taking action in addressing your needs. If you are ready to take that first step, I would love to collaborate with you on your journey. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or to set up a free consultation including a face-to-face video chat. Availability: Limited openings, reach out to see if we are fit in schedule and style! *** Stephanie Dalsheim Hello! My name is Stephanie and I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker with active licenses in Massachusetts and Minnesota, as well as a Licensed School Adjustment Counselor in Massachusetts. Through my time working in schools and the community, with youth, families, and educators, I have felt how important it is for us all to have a supportive and safe space where emotions can be felt, life decisions can be navigated, and where we can grow into the people we strive to be. I founded SDH Wellness in the hopes of building these safe spaces, to provide a platform for clinicians and clients to thrive. Thank you so much for considering us! My philosophy is rooted in a humanistic and strengths based approach. I believe in creating a safe, authentic space where you can explore your own narrative as you navigate your unique set of life circumstances. You are the expert of your own experience, and I show up to meet you where you are along your journey, and walk alongside you as you navigate your path. Together, we can navigate stressors connected to anxiety, depression, mood; adjustment; and sleep disorders; self esteem, executive functioning, life's transitions, relationships, family, job stress, burnout, and more.
