Maybe you’re here because you’re tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns, unsure why you react the way you do, or wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level. Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, not by judging where you’ve been, but by getting curious about how you got here, and where you want to go next. I have always been fascinated by people’s stories and how our experiences shape us into who we are. I believe meaningful change starts with feeling genuinely understood. That’s why I take the time to get to know you outside of the concerns that brought you to therapy, including the relationships, experiences, and patterns that have shaped who you are. Rather than judging your thoughts or emotions, we’ll become curious about them, exploring what they’re trying to tell us, and how they may be influencing the way you move through the world. I believe that some of the best therapy happens with a genuine human relationship. It is built on trust, warmth and appropriate humor, because growth does not always have to feel heavy. Starting therapy takes courage. My hope for you is that you’ll find a space where you can show up exactly as you are while feeling supported, challenged and understood. It would be an honor to be part of your journey.
