I received my bachelor’s degree in psychological and brain sciences from Washington University in St. Louis and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah. I am passionate about creating a collaborative environment that facilitates growth and curiosity in concert with evidence-based techniques and interventions. I utilize interventions from several different modalities, including dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR, and internal family systems, and I have extensive experience using exposure and response prevention therapy to help individuals struggling with OCD and anxiety disorders. I work with children, adolescents and adults and offer both in person and virtual appointments.
