I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing the effects of trauma and attachment-related difficulties. I believe that many of the patterns we develop are meaningful adaptations to what we have experienced, and that healing begins with understanding these patterns rather than judging them. I integrate evidence-based approaches including trauma-focused CBT, relational therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support individuals who have experienced childhood or relational trauma. My work focuses on creating a space where clients can better understand themselves, develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others, and build greater emotional flexibility. My areas of experience include trauma and PTSD, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress.
