I believe that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience working with adults (18+) who are navigating a range of different challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in mental health counseling and have my own practice, where I am honored to walk alongside individuals during some of their most challenging—and transformative—moments.
