Introduction

My practice is grounded in a whole‑person approach. As a nationally credentialed Sex Therapist, I focus on how identity, relationships, health, and lived experience intersect to shape mental and emotional wellbeing. I work with adults both individually and within relationship units, and I have specialized training in gender and sexual identity counseling, navigating chronic illness, and supporting the broader family system. I work to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, curious, and willing to try new ways of communicating. A large part of my work is helping you build skills that allow you to respond to challenges differently in the future, not just survive them in the moment. My favorite part of this work is witnessing people find steadiness where there used to be overwhelm, and watching them grow into versions of themselves that feel more aligned and empowered.
