I believe anyone and everyone can benefit from therapy. I strive to create supportive, collaborative, and non-judgemental spaces where growth, healing, and recovery are possible. I am passionate about making others feel heard and seen, as well as building awareness and presence to make the everyday feel more manageable. I use a variety of different treatment approaches to respect individual needs and goals. I work to help individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, everyday stressors, and life transitions through person-centered, mindfulness-based, and strength-based approaches. I value humility and respect and aim to appreciate my clients for who they are and what they need. I am from Colorado and enjoy exploring Denver and the mountains. When I’m not working, I love practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with my friends and family.
