Introduction

Welcome! My approach to therapy is much like a tool box. I believe we need all types of tools to create, build, and work on things in our life. I want to help you create your toolbox in a way that can be most helpful for you. I believe in utilizing holistic approaches, and I prefer an eclectic therapy style as I believe that person-centered services should be at the forefront. We are all diverse as humans and I don’t believe there is “one size fits all.” I value building relationships with my clients that can foster curiosity to explore the challenges they have faced and how we can navigate this journey together to achieve their goals. I work with individuals, couples and families (ages 18+). I have experience working with marital issues, grief and loss, infidelity, self-esteem, life transitions, symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, stress and, cross-cultural differences. If you’d like to schedule a 15-minute consultation, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to getting to know you and how I can help you accomplish your goals.
