Introduction

Therapy works best when it’s a simple, human connection: a warm, steady place where you don't have to carry everything by yourself. My goal is to invite you into a space where we can slow down and explore what's going on together. We’ll bring curiosity and kindness to your inner world and unpack how you relate to others and how you treat yourself. I work with adults at all stages of life navigating identity questions, relationship struggles, burnout, or major life changes. Often, the folks I work with are starting to realize that their past plays a bigger role in their life than they thought. Whether you're trying to untangle long-standing patterns, make sense of early attachment experiences, or heal from relational pain, I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space to figure it out alongside you. I also bring extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and autism). I take a neuroaffirming approach in my work, meaning I value the unique way your mind processes the world and I welcome you exactly as you are. I hold degrees in Community Health and Adult Education from Western Washington University and am completing my Master’s in Counseling at Lindsey Wilson University with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed Counseling. Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me playing video games, lounging in my hammock, or hanging out with my two cats, Kiki and Coco.
