Introduction

I offer a caring approach that focuses on building a real connection with you. In our sessions, we’ll look at the challenges you’re facing and how past experiences might be affecting you now. We’ll explore why you think, feel, and act the way you do, helping you gain a better understanding of yourself. This helps us see how you connect with yourself and others, and figure out what patterns you might want to change. I’m here to help you build a strong sense of self and form relationships that support a meaningful life. I especially enjoy working with college students and young adults as they go through big life changes. This time often brings up questions about who you are, what you want to do, and where you belong. I spent several years helping college students with ADHD and autism as an academic and executive function coach. This taught me to truly appreciate the unique strengths and ways of thinking that neurodivergent brains have, which helps me guide clients in exploring their identity and being their authentic selves. I have degrees in Community Health and Adult Education from Western Washington University, and I’m currently working on my Masters in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University with an emphasis on Trauma-Informed Counseling. When I’m not in therapy sessions, you can find me playing video games, relaxing in my hammock, or cuddling with my two cats, Kiki and Coco.
