In a time where the world feels uncertain, I hope to be a constant for you. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to process and manage their emotions, develop coping skills, and build resilience during tough times. Much of my practice focus includes working alongside those struggling with symptoms of pregnancy/postpartum, anxiety, depression, medical trauma, and role transitions. My approach takes on a trauma-informed lens with compassion-focused interventions. Utilizing CBT and certified perinatal mental health training, I aim to help clients identify, process & change unwanted patterns of thinking. Our time together may include processing adverse experiences, identifying boundaries or learning how to better regulate our emotions. As a former NICU parent and woman who experienced a high risk pregnancy, I have an intimate perspective on the medical complexities of early motherhood.
