For over 10 years, I've worked alongside individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult and emotionally complex experiences. Before founding Prism Therapy, I worked as a therapist and social worker throughout California, supporting people facing trauma, instability, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Those experiences shaped the grounded, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach I bring into his therapy practice today. Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and easy to talk to — someone who creates a space where they can feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves. As a bilingual Latino therapist, I understand how identity, culture, family expectations, and lived experiences can deeply influence emotional wellbeing and relationships. My work is especially focused on supporting LGBTQ+ and Latino individuals navigating self-esteem, anxiety, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and behavioral patterns that may no longer serve them. In my practice, my goal is not perfection — it’s greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in genuine human connection.
