Most of us are carrying more than we should have to carry alone. My work is about creating a space where you don’t have to keep going without the support you need. Together we’ll explore how your relationships with yourself, your body, and the people in your life might be helping you thrive, holding you back, or causing you pain. My hope is that through that exploration, you find more freedom, more connection, and a deeper sense of who you are. As whole people with minds, bodies, and souls, a lot of what drives our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors happens below the surface, outside of our conscious awareness. Those hidden patterns develop for good reasons. But when they stop serving us (or start hurting us), it can be really hard to find our way out on our own. Using depth-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy, we look inward and backward to help you move forward. And somatic therapy brings your body into the room. Sometimes our body knows what our mind hasn’t yet found words for. Together, these approaches help you build self-awareness, process what you’ve been through, and move toward genuine healing.
