Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Vermont. I work with teenagers, adults, and families as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship concerns. I focus on mood and personality disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges, using DBT, CBT, Gestalt, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthier connections. I believe therapy is a space to be lovingly challenged and supported as you grow into the most authentic version of yourself.
