Introduction

I’m glad you’re here, and I honor the care and courage it can take to begin the search for a therapist—whether you’re seeking support for yourself or someone you love. Coming from a large family, I’ve always been drawn to the duality of relationships—the ways they can both wound us and offer profound opportunities for healing. These experiences have shaped my professional work and my belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. I strive to create a space where you can bring your full self, without judgment, and explore what may be getting in the way of the connections you value most. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals who want to create more fulfilling and connected relationships. My approach is strengths-focused and collaborative, with an emphasis on improving communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and moving beyond resentment. I also believe that lasting change often involves turning inward—developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and cultivating compassion for our own experiences. After all, our relationship with ourselves is perhaps the most important one we have. I offer a steady, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence as we work together to understand patterns, navigate difficult places, and move toward greater connection, clarity, and intention.
