Introduction

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming — I’m really glad you’re here. I’m Eniana Tabor, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and founder of Serenity Wellness & Psychiatry. I provide telehealth psychiatric care to adults across Massachusetts. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum care — a time that can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative and personalized. I believe effective mental health care considers the whole person — mind, body, lifestyle, relationships, and stressors. I take time to listen carefully, understand your story, and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive for your life. My goal is to help you feel more stable, supported, and able to move through your daily life with greater ease. I welcome collaboration with therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure thoughtful, comprehensive care. If this sounds like a good fit, you’re welcome to request an appointment to get started.
