I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist that focuses on Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Phase of Life, and Relationship Difficulties in Adults. My person-centered approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
