At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to connection, healing, and change. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, walking beside you with compassion, and creating meaningful shifts through collaborative therapy. About Me As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I provide therapy for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families—both traditional and non-traditional. I specialize in relational dynamics, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I am especially attuned to the experiences of veterans and military families, drawing from my own lived experience as a military veteran to offer insight into deployment, reintegration, and the unique pressures of military life. Therapy is not about fixing you—it's about discovering your truth, your strength, and your path forward. I don’t approach our work as the “expert,” but as a collaborator who values your lived experience. I’m here to listen deeply, challenge gently, and help you build the life and relationships you deserve. Credentials I am fully licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Florida, Nevada, Ohio, and Vermont. I am a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate, offering clinical supervision in Nevada and Ohio.
