Introduction

Eric Frasch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Eric completed his undergraduate degree with Wadhams Hall Seminary College in Philosophy in 1999, completed a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary in 2005, and a master’s degree from Canisius College in Mental Health Counseling in 2020. Eric has worked in community mental health settings as an outpatient substance use and mental health therapist, working with adults and adolescents with mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. He also had experienced working with couples, individuals, and group counseling. He has training and proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care and counseling.
