Introduction

Hi! I've worked in outpatient therapy as a mental health and drug and alcohol counselor for over 10 years. I also do supervision for licensure. I have an easy-going style and operate from multiple modalities that include CBT, DBT, person-centered, and CPT. I've worked with a variety of people and diagnoses that include depression, Bipolar Disorders, anxiety-related disorders, PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, marital/couples counseling, and faith-based counseling.
