I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student with 30 years of professional experience in organizational, along with over 250 hours of service on a national emotional support line. My experience in the business world has brought me an understanding of the challenges of work-life balance and the stressors that come with the day-to-day grind. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck despite doing everything they can to keep life together. Many come to therapy struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, burnout, life transitions, or a persistent sense that something is missing. I enjoy working with those exploring identity, purpose, and spirituality, as well as individuals experiencing nervous system-based sensitivities such as misophonia. Together, we create a safe, collaborative space to better understand your story and move toward lasting change. My approach is to focus on doing the inner and outer work. The inner work of being with our emotions, our shadow and our bodies. The outer work of relationships, family systems and going out into the world. Together we’ll build insight, regulate your nervous system, strengthen self-compassion, and help you let go of what is not truly yours. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re seeking relief, healing, or a deeper sense of meaning and connection, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step.
