Introduction

Relationships can be overwhelming and confusing. Working with a therapist can help you navigate difficult and vulnerable experiences. I support relationships facing hardship and help partners heal, grow, and build the skills, motivation, and capacity to overcome challenges. This includes support around intimacy, sexuality, and other goals you may have. I also work with individuals experiencing sexual difficulties. Talking about sex can be hard—I provide a safe, affirming space for open and supportive conversations about sexual concerns. My approach to therapy is engaging, active, and creative. I believe that exploring both the joys and challenges of your relationship is just as important as developing a plan for meaningful change. I’ll support you and your relationship every step of the way. Finding the right therapist is essential. Feel free to reach out—we can talk about your goals and see if my approach aligns with what feels helpful to you. I’m happy to answer questions and look forward to connecting with you.
