Introduction

Erica is a Certified Play Therapist who works with children to meet their various concerns through the language they know best, PLAY! She also employs other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) methods to address individual therapy needs including anxiety, insomnia, depression, suicidal ideation, obsessive compulsive disorder and more. She employs the use of Trauma Focused CBT and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy(EMDR) methods in addition to sand tray/play therapy practices to address the effects of trauma for those of all ages. She facilitates family therapy, parent training, and group therapy as needed.
