Introduction

I believe that counseling is a journey of transformation and personal growth and my role as the counselor is alongside the client, helping to equip them with the necessary tools to reach their full potential. I am committed to creating a safe and judgment free space which fosters mutual trust, authenticity, genuineness and unconditional positive regard between the counselor and client. I prefer to use an integrative approach, emphasizing the connection between the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the body. This holistic approach focuses on treating the whole person, by exploring any underlying factors that may present as barriers and negatively impact their overall well-being. When working with clients, I combine various evidenced based modalities, depending on the client’s preference and specific needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered approaches, and mindfulness.
