Introduction

Healing. Restoration. Transformation. Welcome to The Master’s Touch Therapy & Consulting Group Hello, I’m Erica Dees, founder of The Master’s Touch Therapy & Consulting Group. For more than twenty years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, families, leaders, and communities through some of life’s most difficult and defining moments. I believe that your past may be part of your story, but it does not have to dictate your future. Life can leave us carrying things we were never meant to carry alone—trauma, grief, disappointment, anxiety, relational wounds, loss, and experiences that can affect how we see ourselves, others, and even our future. Sometimes we simply need a safe place to exhale, process what we have experienced, and discover a healthier way forward. That is where healing begins. At The Master’s Touch, we provide compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-informed care designed to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals and families can be heard, understood, challenged, strengthened, and empowered. Our work focuses on more than simply managing symptoms. We help clients develop insight, strengthen relationships, build resilience, establish healthy coping skills, and discover practical tools for lasting change. We help individuals and families reconcile with their past and rebuild their future. Helping the Helpers. Healing the Healers. Training the Trainers. Our passion for healing extends beyond the therapy room. We recognize that the people who spend their lives helping others often need someone to help them, too. Pastors, ministry leaders, counselors, caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and organizational teams carry significant responsibilities—and sometimes carry burdens that no one sees. Through our church and organizational consulting and training, we equip those who serve others with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to serve well without losing themselves in the process. Our training and consultation services include mental health awareness, trauma-informed care, basic counseling skills, grief and loss, emotional wellness, crisis response, healthy boundaries, leadership wellness, and more. We believe healthy leaders help create healthy communities. We also believe faith and clinical care do not have to compete—they can complement one another. For those who desire it, we thoughtfully integrate faith-based principles with clinically sound therapeutic practices to support healing, restoration, and personal growth. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your family, your ministry, or your organization, you do not have to walk this journey alone. There is hope beyond what happened to you. There is healing beyond what hurt you. There is a future beyond what you have experienced. Come in. Make yourself comfortable. We’re listening.
