Introduction

Hello, I’m Erica Dees, founder of The Master’s Touch Therapy & Consulting Group. With over twenty years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome life’s challenges and achieve emotional and relational well-being. My professional background includes extensive work in trauma recovery, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and family systems therapy. I utilize an integrative approach that combines evidence-based practices with a person-centered framework, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. I work to help families and individuals reconcile with their past and rebuild their future—creating opportunities for healing, growth, and restored connection. At The Master’s Touch Therapy & Consulting Group, we believe that healing involves addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting change. Whether you are navigating relational difficulties, personal transitions, or unresolved trauma, I am committed to partnering with you in your journey toward growth and restoration.
