I love what I do. I see therapy as a practice in being present, one day at a time and one moment at a time. My toolbox includes non-judgement, compassion, integrity, authenticity, curiosity, respect, honor, kindness, and fun. Therapy comes in all different forms, pathways, and possibilities. I utilize EMDR, Ego State/Parts Work, and somatic interventions to work with your nervous system so you can be present and engage in life and relationships.
