Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. When working with children, Erica incorporates play-based interventions, recognizing that play is a child’s natural language. Through play, she helps children express emotions, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication in a safe and supportive environment. Erica meets clients where they are in their journey and strives to create a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where they feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change.
