Therapy can be a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. I work with teens, adults, and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are. With 16+ years in the mental health field, I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I use an integrative approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based interventions, and culturally sensitive practices, all through a trauma-informed lens. Together, we will explore the experiences, thought patterns, emotions, and relationships that may be keeping you feeling stuck while identifying the strengths you already carry. Our work together is about more than simply managing symptoms. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen your relationships, build confidence, and create meaningful changes that extend beyond the therapy room. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or ready to make a change you've been thinking about for some time, you don't have to figure it all out on your own. I would be honored to support you as you work toward feeling more confident, connected, and grounded in the life you want to create.
