I am a Board Certified Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist with over a decade of experience. I specialize in autism evaluations, ADHD evaluations, psychoeducational evaluations, and brief neuropsychological testing. Results from evaluations can be shared with schools, employers, or other professionals to receive accommodations/services (e.g., an IEP). I also conduct full evaluations for accommodations for high-stakes testing, such as the SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, etc., as well as accommodations for colleges and universities. While Board Certified in child/adolescent work, I work with children, teens, and adults. I have particular expertise in ADHD, autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as anxiety and depression. I work with a small number of therapy cases using CBT and other approaches, including some acceptance, DBT, and mindfulness approaches. I strive to be client- and family-centered, culturally mindful, and neuroaffirmative in my practice. Much of my work has focused on ADHD and autism assessments for those who are traditionally "missed" or misdiagnosed, including girls/women, gender diverse individuals, and people of color, as well as more complicated cases. In therapy, I work with my clients to be goal-oriented. I want to support you in working toward your goals for therapy, while accommodating different neurotypes. I am also an academic psychologist and affiliated with Barnard College, Columbia University where I do research on neurodevelopment and related disabilities, as well as teach and mentor students.
