Introduction

PHILOSOPHY I am passionate about providing a warm, collaborative, empathetic space with opportunity for embodied healing. I will support you in weaving together thoughts, feelings, sensations, and beliefs in a safe and supportive relationship, deepening your awareness and, at times, challenging you toward your potential. Come as you are, to a soft place to land, where you can feel wholeheartedly human. APPROACH I am an art therapist and counselor. I practice from an integrated model that combines expressive arts, somatic, trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, and attachment approaches. I draw upon these modalities and theories to craft an individualized and holistic approach. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR. WHO I OFTEN WORK WITH - Adults ages 18 and older - LGBTQIA+ and non-binary folks - People who hold identities that have been historically marginalized - Those who have experienced ongoing, developmental, intergenerational, or systemic trauma - Neurodivergent individuals navigating the world through unique ways of thinking and being - People living with chronic illness or persistent pain - Those moving through depression, anxiety, or patterns of overwhelm - Individuals carrying the effects of acute and/or complex trauma - Those grieving personal, global, and collective losses - People longing to reconnect with their bodies - Those seeking to shift patterns in relationships OFFERINGS Individual therapy sessions via telehealth: Talk therapy, art therapy, EMDR EDUCATION Adler University, PhD in Art Therapy, 2024 Drexel University, MA in Art Therapy and Counseling, 2019 LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS Licensed Professional Counselor Licensed Art Therapist Board Certified Registered Art Therapist Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II: Complex Trauma (CCTP-II) TRAININGS EMDR Trained Creating Conscious Relationships Summit Reports are Not Support: Mandatory Reporting Harm Reduction Somatic Trauma Healing Summit Healing Trauma Summit Embodied Social Justice Summit Trauma, Neurobiology, and Sensory Interventions Clinical Applications of Polyvagal Theory in Trauma Treatment: Integrating the Science of Safety, Trust, Self-Regulation and Attachment Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & COMMITMENT TO ANTI-OPPRESSION I recognize that healing does not happen in isolation, it happens in relationship, in community, and within the broader systems that shape our lives. We carry not only our own lived experiences but also the imprints of collective, historical, and intergenerational trauma. These imprints are often shaped by systems of oppression, including racism, colonialism, white supremacy, patriarchy, ableism, homophobia, and transphobia. I am committed to creating a space that honors the complexity of your lived experience, including those who have been marginalized and harmed by these systems and those whose identities have not been affirmed or protected. This includes ongoing reflection on my own privileges, a commitment to forever learning, and a dedication to living and practicing in alignment with anti-oppressive and liberatory values. LEARN MORE I am always honored when folks resonate enough with my profile to want to speak with me. If you would like to learn more about what therapy might look like or how I can support you, please complete the contact form or reach out via email. I look forward to connecting with you and honor the opportunity to walk alongside you through this journey.
