Introduction

I help clients slow down, better understand themselves, and reconnect with their emotions, bodies, and values. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression and mood concerns, trauma, relationships, neurodivergence, life transitions, and identity. I have a particular interest in working with highly sensitive people, women, LGBTQ+ clients, and individuals with disabilities or neurodivergence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and I believe some of the deepest healing can happen when we feel truly seen and supported in a safe, authentic relationship.
