Introduction

I work with women and LGBTQ+ adults who are ready to stop repeating the same relationship patterns and start building a healthier relationship with themselves. You may find yourself questioning your worth, losing yourself in relationships or friendships, struggling to trust your own decisions, or feeling stuck in patterns you know no longer serve you. Together, we'll explore where those patterns began, strengthen your self-trust, and create lasting change rooted in emotional safety and self-respect. With intimacy and relationship therapy training and clinical experience, I am able to support clients in identifying root causes, barriers, and solutions to challenges. My approach integrates attachment-informed, trauma-focused, and evidence-based therapy with practical tools that support meaningful change beyond our sessions. I believe healing involves the whole person, recognizing the impact of relationships, trauma, nervous system regulation, physical health, and life transitions on emotional wellbeing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist, I also support clients navigating intimacy, sexuality, sexual trauma, religious shame, relationship transitions, and recovery from intimate partner violence. I integrate evidence-based therapy with a deep understanding of attachment, trauma, relationships, intimacy, nervous system regulation, and behavior change. Above all, I believe the relationship you have with yourself sets the standard for every other relationship in your life. My role is to help you strengthen that relationship so you can make decisions, build connections, and create a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who you truly are.
