Introduction

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to be heard and supported through life's challenges. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #148997) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #17515), I work with individuals across the lifespan—from toddlers through elders—as well as couples and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and relationship issues, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centered work, and play therapy. My strength-based, client-centered approach focuses on empowering you to build resilience and reconnect with your own wisdom. Whether you're navigating a difficult transition, processing loss, or working through family conflict, I'm here to help you find your footing. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept Medi-Cal, Gold Coast Medi-Cal, and L.A. Care Health Plan. I'm currently accepting new clients.
