Introduction

Many of the women I work with appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck on the inside. They are often the ones everyone depends on—the caregivers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and working moms who have spent years putting others first while quietly carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. I specialize in helping high-achieving women who have already done a great deal of personal growth work but continue to find themselves repeating the same patterns. Using a trauma-informed approach that includes EMDR therapy, we work together to uncover and heal the deeper experiences and nervous system patterns driving emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, difficulty setting boundaries, and chronic stress. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and at ease in your life—not by becoming someone different, but by reconnecting with the version of yourself that has been there all along.
