I work with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and emotionally complex — people who have done a lot of inner work already, yet still feel something deeper calling for attention. My approach is about going to the root, not endlessly managing symptoms. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and nervous-system-informed therapy, we listen to what your inner world has been trying to communicate and gently create the conditions for real, lasting change. In our work together, you’ll learn how your internal system functions, develop compassion for parts of yourself that once felt confusing or burdensome, and build the capacity to move through daily life with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust. This is therapy for people who don’t just want relief — but want to feel more alive, more connected, and more themselves.
