Like most things in life, parenting is often a blend of immense joy and profound overwhelm. When a child is struggling, the entire family feels it, and the hard moments can begin to outweigh the rewarding ones. I work with families seeking support for anxiety, emotional regulation, challenging behaviors, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD and Autism (including PDA profiles). Depending on your family’s needs, I work with children, caregivers, and families together and individually to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build deeper connection. I am a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with expertise in neuro-affirming care. I tailor treatment to each child and family using a family systems approach, play-based techniques, and psychoeducation about development and how the brain and body respond to stress. From your own upbringing to social media and the rise of AI, there is so much input today about mental health and parenting. My goal is to create a space where you and your child feel seen and heard, not judged, and where we can work together to make things feel more manageable. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and see how I can support.
