Introduction

Hello and welcome! My name is Erica, and I am a relational, experiential therapist. I am passionate about helping people navigate and embrace life's unpredictable, uncharted journey — the challenges, the crossroads, and the unexpected terrain — walking alongside them as we explore who they are, what they value, and what makes their lives feel meaningful and fulfilling. Drawing on integrative approaches that weave together traditional talk therapy with experiential approaches such as expressive arts therapy, ecotherapy, and somatics, we will invite the whole self — body, mind, and imagination — into the work of healing, meeting you where words alone may fall short in bringing self-awareness, understanding, and growth. I can best support you in navigating depression; anxiety; neurodiversity; identity and self-acceptance; life transitions/stages, relationships, family, and enmeshment; loss and grief; disability and chronic illness. My practice is person-centered, socioculturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and nonconforming gender-affirming. Together, we will explore your life as the living canvas it is — rich with color, texture, and meaning. Like artists, we will work with curiosity, intention, and openness to whatever the canvas reveals!
